NaNo Win, Moi!

My thanks to the many kind readers who have dropped by and provided encouragement as I tackled this year's NaNoWriMo endeavor - even if I didn't respond directly, please know that you helped me keep chugging along :) You and Dr Wicked. Again - write or die - that made a HUGE difference to me. I thank you all.

Yeah, in case you haven't figured it out...

I've reached the 50K mark!
As I suspected, the novel itself is nowhere near done.

That's okay.

Right now, it's time to rest.

And time to eat - turkey anyone?

I'm going to be out of town for the weekend.
Will be back Monday.

Ciao!

Congrats! I am no where near finished. I'm not really into it. I don't even want to write a novel. I much prefer my short stories.

Susan> thanks :)

DenverCereal> thanks! :) Yeah, I like it. I just know there's lots I need to add, and I also need to decide where "Book 1" ends and Book 2 begins, LoL!

Angel> Thanks :) I love to sink my teeth into a good novel, and would like to add a quality book or ten to someone's bookshelf... at the same time, however, I certainly echo you in producing short stories... although what I've done so far is more like flash fiction than actual full stories...

CJ> thanks!

MyAutismInsights> Glad to have been of service! I'm also glad I pushed myself to finish before Thanksgiving dinner rolled around - I was away from the 'puter all weekend. I probably coul dhave taken time out to type away, but I doubt I would have been able to concentrate, what with liberal alcohol lubrication and boisterous nephews-in-law running around!
